Christian Stückl is Director of the Volkstheater in Munich and of the Oberammergau Passion Play. He is the recipient of numerous awards for his theatrical work and his commitment to intercultural and interfaith dialogue, including the Bavarian Order of Merit, the Silver Bavarian Constitution Medal, the Abraham Geiger Prize for “Services to Judaism and its Diversity,” and the Buber-Rosenzweig Medal.
