Thorsten Kingreen is Professor of Public Law, Labor Law, and Health Law at the University of Regensburg. His research focuses on constitutional law, European law, and health law. He has received numerous awards for his teaching. Alongside research and teaching, he has also served on numerous occasions as an expert advisor to the German Federal Parliament in issues relating to constitutional and health law.
